A cross between balsam and fraser. These seeds come from controlled crosses. The cones are from balsam and the pollen from fraser. Trees will look like balsam with some branch structure and needle characteristics like fraser. Color is more toward the fraser, needle retention is good. Out of 100 trees some will resemble balsam, some fraser and a fair portion the cross.
